How do I send my photos to you?
After purchasing please upload them here -

How many photos shall I send?
The number of photos required varies for each item, but can be found in each item's description. Please do not send more than the requested amount.
Does my order have tracking?
UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class which isn't a trackable service but does come with a delivery confirmation.
International orders are send Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which does come with tracking.
Is my order lost in the mail?
In the unlikely event of an item being lost in the mail -
UK orders need to wait until it's been 10 working days after the expected delivery date before a refund or replacement can be issued.
International Orders need to wait until it's been 30 working days after the expected delivery date before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Can I return my order?
As all my items are fully personalised with your photos, I am unable to accept returns unless damaged or defective. This is inline with the guidance of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged.
